The staff members were all great. They repaired my vehicle with no hassle. They made the vehicle look brand new as If i just bought it from the dealership. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. They had no attitude on the phone and in person. These guys are professional and know what're they're doing. I look forward to coming back to this shop when I want to do any work to my Mustang. Check them out. Thank you Chris and Drew for taking care of me.

I've had work done at R.S Collision twice and was absolutely pleased and satisfied both times. Outstanding work done by true professionals. As a member of Military I pay very close attention to details and they dot every "I" and cross every "t" top notch service.

When I came into the shop, I was completely destroyed. I had my 1st car accident and I had no idea how to handle the situation. But in RS collision, Drew was the person that stood by my side every step of the way and guided me on how to handle everything. Not to mention that he hooked my car up! It looks exactly the same way it was before the accident. I had support, kindness, and my car was taken care of. What more can you ask for?! RS Collison Center is the place to go
My experience was great, my car looks AMAZING and I can't even tell it was so badly damaged! The process was smooth and my car was left in great hands, I was treated with the upmost respect and for that alone I am THANKFUL. Being a woman and know nothing about the process was painless with R.S !

Rs Collision has been one of the best auto repair places that I have encountered. Cora who is typically at the front provided great customer service, she was polite,kind, and so friendly. Cora was very patient with us which we appreciated tremendously. The owner Daniel was also so pleasant. Overall the customer service was great. My car looks amazing and the technicians did a phenomenal job.Also the fact that they're open on Saturday's is a major plus!!!!
So far excellent! This is just purely from a customer service standpoint. I walked in and didn't have to wait but a minute before they took me outside, and then said it would take only 25 minutes to do the estimate. They also arranged for my rental vehicle. If the customer service is an indication of the body work, I'm sure it will be excellent!
Brought my car here after a hit and run to replace my front bumper. I was greeted by Marcus and we discussed in detail price quotes, steps involved, and estimated time to complete. With having an aftermarket bumper, he said he would be working with his vendors to match what I had on my vehicle.
Long story short, Marcus went through BMW and multiple vendors to find the correct bumper, while keeping in the loop throughout the whole process. Ultimately, they were able to find and replace the exact bumper I wanted. Even though the process took over a month (due to incorrect parts sent by vendors, not the body shop), Marcus and his staff worked with me on making sure that I was completely satisfied. I know other shops wouldn't have had the same patience or going the extra mile to ensure their customers are happy.
I would highly recommend this body shop for anyone looking for good, friendly, and helpful customer service!
RS Collision brought my Honda CR-V back to life! My car was parked outside my apartment building in DC when it was hit by a drunk driver at 2 am. I truly thought my (paid off) car was totaled - I was devastated. Thank goodness for Drew at RS Collision. He was extremely attentive and assured me that he would do whatever he could to repair my car. Not only did he communicate with me every step of the way, he also let me know when I could realistically expect my car to be ready. He even has a lot of industry experience and offered great advice in regards to repairing my car in an efficient and affordable way. I highly recommend RS Collision's services. They look out for their customers and do a great job. My car looks good as new and I am so thankful for that. Thanks again to Drew and the team at RS Collision!

I just got my car back from RS Collision for front end damage repairs on my brand new Nissan Rogue. My family and I were parked in Georgetown and upon returning found a note on our windshield (thank God) from someone admitting they rammed into our car while backing in. From the damage, it appeared they were overcome with joy finding a parking space during brunch hour right near the waterfront and proceeded to throw their monster truck into reverse and just FLOORED IT. Called DC police and they were basically like "yah sorry brah". Anyway, In my 17 years of driving, I've been to my share of auto repair and body shops- both voluntary (car mods) and involuntary (accident) and Andrew Ross' team is the best I've experienced for the following reasons:
1) SOLID CUSTOMER SERVICE - I know typing in all caps sometimes conveys the possibility the author cannot articulate their thoughts in an academic and adult manner so this will be only the second time I use caps in this review because customer service is just that important to me. I have worked in retail, food service, banking, and telecommunications (the bulk of my career) and now help manage my family's business so I know the ins and outs of customer service. Customer service must be on point for me to begin to consider giving you my money (unless you are a monopoly and I have no choice...I'm looking at you cable companies). Speaking of cable companies, I would lump auto shops into the category of business enterprises with consistently atrocious customer service and primarily because we need cars so there will always be the next customer with an issue needing resolution- but I digress. The team at RS collision was warm and welcoming from the beginning and kept me updated throughout the 10 days my car was with them. Specifically, this means they explained what to expect when I dropped the car off, kept me abreast of the progress and any additional items that needed to be cared for that were not originally addressed (there was a preliminary estimate then a supplemental due to the nature of the damage and not being able to open the hood initially). Additionally, RS collision did a fine job balancing communication between myself and the insurance company which can be tricky if one party is less responsive. Finally, they walked me back through all the repairs and costs when I went to pick up my car.
2) Pride in their work - Auto shops often not only fail at customer service, but in their work (you know, that ridiculous line item on your bill that says "labor" that sometimes costs more than the damn parts sourced from another continent). Simply put, I visually inspected the areas they worked on and it looks like it rolled off the factory floor- paint blended beautifully, OEM parts used as stated, and they washed the exterior including cleaning the wheels, tire shine and then topping it off with cleaning up the interior. I know what you're thinking "this dude has a new car so how dirty could it have been?". We have a two year old. When we dropped the car off it had the dirt and water spots of a thousand storms and the backseat looked like the 5-10 ticket prize area at Chuck e cheese exploded on an AMC movie theater floor after the midnight showing of a Marvel movie. Those with kids will have a visual of sticky seats and carpet with various crumbs and small toys affixed- most insurance companies would write this off as a total loss and a rental company would probably just put you on the "do not rent" list. So yeah, I picked my car up in a condition better than when I dropped it off.
3) Clean workspace - this may seem like no biggie but trust me, a good indicator of how a shop will treat your car is observing how tidy they keep the front office and car bay. RS Collision keeps a pretty tidy work area both inside in out. They are located in an industrial park area with like 83 other body shops with cars scattered like a scene from Mad Max Fury Road but, at least when I was there, their shop area was clear.
I'll follow up when I bring my Bugatti Chiron to them for work. That was a joke. But RS Collision is not. So bring them your business and tell everyone about them.
I'm usually skeptical of auto body shops but took a chance after reading positive reviews on here and they did not disappoint! I brought my car here to have the passenger side doors refinished and was greeted with a very friendly staff. They gave me an initial estimate on the length of the job and re-assured that they would call to keep me updated (which they definitely did).
The workmanship on the car is flawless and looked good as new! Andrew inspected the car with me prior to handing me the keys to make sure I was completely satisfied.
RS Collision is a very professional shop that I would highly recommend for anyone that is particular about their cars.
Very professional , did a awesome job on my challenger, very impressed with the work done.
Got in a horrible wreck in my mercedes convertible and through lots of recommendations took my car to RS to begin the painstaking process of bringing my car to like new status. Andrew is an exemplary individual who is honest and goes above and beyond what is asked of him. He made my car look brand new mechanically, visually, and structurally. He has a lot of high end vehicles in there that went from terrible to amazing. Would not go anywhere else moving forward.
I took my 2013 Nissan Altima to RS Collision Center and they did an amazing job they were very professional, they made sure that I was comfortable and updated on everything that was going on while they had my car. I got my car back within a week I was very pleased so a BIG THANK YOU to RS COLLISION , I recommend them to all.

I took my acura RL to rs collision. I went to far up in a parking spot that had a high sidewalk and when I pulled back my bumper nearly came off on my lunch break. A coworker told me about rs which was close enough I could make it without the bumper falling completely off. I went in without calling or letting anyone know I was on the way. I recieved excellent service and was on my way that day.
I am very satisfied with the paining job they done for my Kia Soul, that is so awesome!
You can't even tell that had big long ugly scratch on it before,now it likes new again,excellent paining Job and customer service, especially Drew! He also called me for the feedback after I already picked up my car.
I also love their life time warranty offer as long as I own my car, love it!
Best experience that I've ever had with a body shop! Drew and Darryl were polite, honest and always kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. They gave me clear and realistic expectations of when to expect my vehicle back so that I could properly plan. Not only was the customer service great but their workmanship is great! My car looks better than it did when I initially bought it! If I ever need more work done I'll make sure to go back.
First and foremost I must say this is the best service I ever had!! I was in a car accident and the drivers side was ruined. Not only did they make sure I was placed in a rental, they were nice enough to drive me out of there way to pick up my car rental. Including I never had to call them to get an update on the status of my car. They made sure to call me every day with an update. They provided me with the best prices and more so when my car was returned to me it was better than it was before. They definitely have a loyal customer in me. I would recommend this service to anyone!
Car surgeons with a great bedside manner.
Lets be honest, NOBODY likes to go to an auto body repair shop. By definition it means something bad has happened. Time and expense and pain--physical pain in the worst of cases.
But if something bad does happen to your car, you REALLY want to have RS Collision handle your repairs. The folks there not only know how to fix things up like new quickly and at a good price; they have an excellent bedside manner. Friendly, courteous and VERY professional. They know cars and how to take care of them, and give great advice on some of the ins and outs of maintenance so as to get the most out of your investment.
RS knows having something bad happen to your wheels is never fun, and they do their best to make you feel valued. I've been to them twice now to have fender benders repaired. Although I don't WANT to have to visit them again anytime soon, I couldn't recommend them enough to those who have suffered at the hands of the Automotive Fates. Recommend them to your insurance company if you can.

RS Collision Center did a great job on my Highlander. I was side-swiped on a city street, and the entire driver's side was scraped up. After my insurance sent my claim over to RS Collision Center, they promptly followed up and were very accommodating with my schedule. A little out of the way if you live in Old Town or Arlington, but the service is a lot faster than the body shops in those areas.
tl:dr - Outstanding customer service and workmanship!
Andrew and his team did a great job of repairing my Infiniti after a deer collision. The front-end of my car looks brand new! Andrew kept me informed, via phone and email, as he worked through the insurance claim process and repair work. He thoroughly explained the work that was performed and educated me on the subtleties of 3-stage paint application.
